2.) Get all letters written and important documents printed out for the mail. Surprising I got this finished. I even sorted the papers on my desk, now it's time to do something with them.
3.) Work Out. Failed. All I did was walk, a lot. But no other work out.
4.) Start Reading Living With Co-Occurring Addiction and Mental Health Disorders by Mark McGovern, PhD. Yay! I got the Introduction read and the 1st chapter. Off to a good start.
5.) Lay out every sunny day for at least one hour.I layed out 3 of the 6 days. We had some rain twice and only one of the days was actually sunny (90*) with no wind. When I picked my towel up after 45 min I was not only covered in sweat but so was the concrete. Can't wait for more days like that!
And on to my 5 for Five this week.
1.) Actually write a letter to my brother. I should have no problem doing this once in awhile, and it's definitely time for it to happen.
2.) Visit my family. I should not put this on here because it's a total surprise but I don't think the people I am going to visit will see this. If anyone does, please keep this a secret. I'm putting it on here because it should be an easy goal to meet.
3.) Organize all computer documents. I have so much stuff that I can never find any of it. I need to at least come up with a better system.
4.) Go to bed earlier and wake up earlier. I am way off schedule and this summer I am not sleeping the days away and missing out on the nice weather. I need to wake up around 9am in order to get things done.
5.) Blog. I have a ton of stuff I have wanted to Blog about but never did. That goes back to number 3. If I can get that organized I can Blog more here and there. Regardless though I should have at least one other blog a week besides a couple link-ups.
There you have it, my 5 goals. Why don't you join in and share yours also. Even though it's not my link-up I still promote it because I love it!
