5 for Five on Memorial Day

It's time for me to get back in the game. I definitely need to set some goals I can see and feel accomplished when I finish them. I had some problems the last few weeks but I took care of them and now I'm back to more alone time which means I can write more and everything else I love as being a loner. So
Happy Memorial Day to all my fellow soldiers and veterans, lots of love and respect to you all. Here are my goals for this week.

FantasticallyAverage

1.) Plan a color coded weekly schedule of events the will remain unchanged. I used to have one of these handy so I could schedule everything else around the most important things in my life. Also I can add my favorite things I am determined to do daily such as blogging, or just reading blogs. Of course they all will be pink because that's my favorite color for my favorite things. Last time I was doing this it was very helpful.

2.) Get all letters written and important documents printed out for the mail. I was out of stamps last week and fell behind. An unbelievable fact, the book of stamps I bought was $9.80. I couldn't believe it, every time I buy them they are more expensive.

3.) Work Out. 3 walks, 3 upper body and squat combo. 6 days, 6 workouts. And I already walked today!!!

4.) Start Reading Living With Co-Occurring Addiction and Mental Health Disorders by Mark McGovern, PhD. I say start because it is a very in-dept book and may or may not take me awhile. We'll see.

5.) Lay out every sunny day for at least one hour. I have already a few times and I look better with color. I was completely pale, like a vampire. Laying out helps me to get out of the house, off the computer, and soak up lots of vitamin D for my bones. It is also a great time for reflection and meditation.

So there you have, Jesyka's 5 for Five. You should link up with Jessica and Jen, seeing your accomplishments is very rewarding. Thanks for reading, please comment, subscribe, or follow me!
